Summary: The staff here were awesome and the hotel was clean. It’s on a very busy road and it just seems old.Our tub looked very old. We paid $200 for one Saturday night for a family emergency. Other hotels were sold out. We brought our dog and the dog exercise area is the curb along the road. Lots of little bits of trash in that area like they just mow over garbage. After we checked out we saw we were being charged $75. I called and they said that even though Orbitz advertises pets stay for free the hotel charges $75 for a pet. The manager said they would refund my money but it would take 3-5 business days. Check your receipt before you leave.

Summary: Elevator was broke and we were on the third floor. The room smelled bad. Overall it didn't seem dirty but the hotel in general was looking worn out and didn't smell good. Seemed like lots of rooms were smoking and you could smell it in the hall.

Summary: Everything was fine except that I paid for a King bed, non smoking room and was given a room with two double beds. I was told that there were no other rooms available so I would expect a refund for the difference. Thanks

Summary: Felt unsafe, smelled like marj, loud, sketchy clientele, first room given had bent door frame so wouldn’t actually close. Front desk girl was ver accommodating and did move me to another room.

Summary: NEEDS UPDATING! Sheets had a stain. The carpeting in the room was dirty. Turned my husbands feet black! The staff is very nice and great selection of food near by.

Summary: Bed was very comfortable. Tv selections were great. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again. My only issue was the website said the pool was open until midnight and it was only open until 10pm, my boys were disappointed as we did have a late check in. But overall the stay was excellent.
